Before Titan Phoenix was an enterprise AI platform, it was a lifeline. Prior to his health crisis Co-Founder and CTO Rick Muenchau was a formidable force in the industry - a top-preforming salesman with a staggering 65% close rate. But his world abruptly shifted when he found himself fighting a grueling, compounded health battle: surviving severe blood clots, life-threatening spinal stenosis, and complex surgery. The aftermath brought even more challenges, including surgical complications that resulted in palsy and a daunting diagnosis of Autonomic Dysreflexia.
Grounded by these physical limitations, Rick faced a critical "rebuild movement." Forced to figure out how to maintain a livelihood while facing his new reality, he turned his elite engineering skills toward AI automation. He needed a way to make his work run itself. As he began designing systems that could operate autonomously without constant manual intervention, a profound realization hit both Rick and CEO Corrine Muenchau: the very automation keeping their own operations afloat was exactly what the broader business world desperately needed.
